Sayan Mukherjee filed complaint against Blucursor Infotech Private Limited on May 28, 2026
I am filing this complaint against bluCursor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding prolonged withholding of earned salary, delayed Full & Final settlement, non-release of employment documents, EPFO employment record discrepancies, and repeated non-responsive conduct despite several professional follow-ups over multiple months.
I was employed with bluCursor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer for approximately ** months. On * January ****, I formally submitted my resignation through official email communication while serving the required notice period professionally and in good faith.
As per my resignation communication, my Last Working Day was initially communicated by me as ** March **** based on the applicable notice period. However, the organization later verbally informed me that my Last Working Day would instead be considered as * April ****. On the date of release itself, the company finally issued a resignation acceptance/release communication.
However, even within the release documentation, the notice period calculation itself appeared incorrect and mentioned “** days” instead of “** working days.” Upon raising this discrepancy, I was verbally informed that it was allegedly a printing mistake and that I would again have to wait further if I wanted the document corrected.
During my notice period, despite actively working and fulfilling my responsibilities, my salaries were not credited to my bank account for multiple months. At the same time, the corresponding salary-linked EPFO contributions were continuously being reflected in the EPFO portal. This created a serious discrepancy where statutory PF contributions were being deposited and reflected against my employment records while the corresponding salary itself was not being paid to me within the normal payroll cycle.
After repeated follow-ups and discussions, partial salary amounts for approximately two months were eventually credited around ** April ****. However, a significant remaining salary amount, along with Full & Final settlement and other dues, still remains pending till date.
The organization has also failed to properly provide and complete the following pending employment closure formalities:
* Remaining unpaid salary amount
* Full & Final settlement
* Relieving letter
* Experience certificate
* Payslips
* Proper employment closure communication
* Proper correction and update of EPFO Date of Exit records
One of the most concerning aspects is that despite completing nearly ** months of employment with the organization, I was not provided regular payslips during my tenure, which has now further complicated employment verification, financial tracking, and compliance-related processes.
Additionally, despite repeated follow-ups through email and calls, there has been no proper written resolution timeline, structured communication, or closure process shared by the organization. I cannot continue repeatedly visiting the office physically for follow-ups regarding salary, documentation, and Full & Final settlement. I request that all communication, timelines, and pending formalities be properly shared and resolved through my official email communication.
The continued withholding of salary, delayed release formalities, incorrect employment records, and prolonged uncertainty have caused severe financial, professional, and personal hardship for me during an important transition period involving relocation and joining new employment. The unresolved EPFO employment status may also create future background verification, compliance, and employment overlap complications.
Despite fulfilling my responsibilities professionally, cooperating throughout the notice period, and maintaining respectful communication throughout the process, I have repeatedly been forced to follow up for basic earned wages and employment closure formalities.
I sincerely attempted to resolve the matter amicably and professionally over several weeks through direct communication and multiple follow-ups. However, due to the continued delay, non-responsive conduct, unresolved salary dues, and employment record discrepancies, I am now compelled to raise this complaint seeking appropriate resolution and legal review of these practices.
I request intervention for:
*. Immediate release of remaining pending salary
*. Completion of Full &Final settlement
*. Release and correction of all exit documents
*. Proper correction and update of EPFO Date of Exit records
*. Release of pending payslips and employment records
*. Proper written closure communication over official email
*. Review of the organization’s salary withholding and exit handling practices
*. Appropriate compensation/reimbursement for the financial hardship, professional impact, repeated follow-ups, and difficulties caused due to prolonged withholding of salary and employment closure formalities
I am prepared to provide supporting resignation emails, follow-up communications, EPFO records, salary details, and other relevant evidence in support of this complaint if required.
