The DTDC courier is not delivering the product to my home. Instead, wronglyu updating status as "Receiver not available etc..". .
I was waiting for the delivery since last couple of days . Doing Work from Home only. I have not received any call / SMS from DTDC instead the status was updated - Door was closed / receiver not available !!
To my knowledge, the delivery was not even attempted, and a fraudulent status was updated. Dropped couple of mails to customersupport@dtdc.com and waiting for fruitful resolution.
Whenever I am trying to call *** **** **** / any of the DTDC number showing in web page / DTDC site - The number is Busy!! This looks like the delivery is not even attempted and randomly its being updated in the portal. PLEASE TAKE A NECESSARY ACTION ON THIS AND PROVIDE THE DELIVERY BY TODAY. I AM THERE IN MY HOME AND I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL FROM ANY OF THE DTDC COURIER GUYS.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
