Swiggy Bundl Technologies Pvt Ltd - Stale Food items recieved

Good afternoon, today I have faced a miserable issue.We are thinking that our Indian government has created such good online food delivery initiatives like swiggy which will provide our desirable food items at our doorstep with topmost hygiene and responsibilities but I am sorry to say that for normal people like us are having so many issues on a daily basis with these online platforms.I have placed an lunch order which contains two chicken biriyani and one veg biryani for my family.But when I received the order and taste it the chicken pieces were stale the veg biryani was also stale with a weird pungent smell,this is not the end of the issue,the potatoes for which I have paid extra charges as add on items were also totally uncooked.I have tried to contact with the swiggy customer care but sadly they are unable to resolve my issue.They should atleast have this much courtesy that if someone is ordering food for lunch and you are not responding then that people may gonna miss his lunch.Kindly have a look in this issue and give me my money back because these types of pathetic negligence with food can create health issues in people.Thank you
