I have been receiving stale fruits from FTH daily for which I raised * separate ticket for each day.
on **th May, their app showed that the order is delivered but no one came to deliver.
I raised a ticket for that too.
I have suffered a loss of *** till now and had loaded my fth wallet with extra *** which again is a loss as I want to stop their services.
I even reported this on mail and twitter but have not any resolution so far.
I called their customer care and was on hold for * hour but no one received call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
