Pepperfry furniture - Stain on the Product

When Pepperfry delivered the Sofa and there was stain hence I have made complaint to customer service within a hour later they offered me the **** as a compensation or return the product hence I told i will think and get back to you, When i called later to provide the **** they blaming on me saying I did mark on sofa we don't provide compensation. Please help me to provide the compensation from Pepperfry.
