Bank of India - Staff misbehaviour and misinformation

Sir/ Madam,
My deceased father was an account holder in your bank since last **+ years. His saving A/C number is ***************. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in that bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, are many other people also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything. They do not provide us right guidance as they misbehaved with me and harassed me physically and mentally when I need guidance from their end.
My deceased father had a FD in Bank of India, Kirkend , he has been a a/c holder for almost ** years of the bank, but the behaviour I got when I approached them was rude and I was physically and mentally harassed. Inspite of having both my father and mother name in the FD I was forced to make affidavits, have to search for guarantor that of * times the amount stating there is no nominee, have to make journeys multiple times from Durgapur to Dhanbad that to with my old depressed mother and my brother had to take leave who works abroad of no need as his presence was also needed for court works. They talked to me as if I’m a beggar and insulted me that being educated how we can make such silly things of not having nominee in the FD. But the total fault was from their end neither ours nor my deceased father’s. They didn’t check correctly and my family has to suffer for them. Even after that also no one advised us that the money will be deducted from the maturity amount. They said it will take * months time to get processed and our FD was to mature in that period. Now they have premature the FD and for only *months we have to face a loss of almost Rs.**,***. We are in state of mental shock after losing our father and also financially broke. Instead of standing by our side as we are a loyal customer they misguide us. And now they are saying “ paisa mil gaya na” as if they have done some favour to us by giving our money back to us. Even not clarifying the amount deduction giving excuse that tax has been deducted. So what’s the point trusting a bank and keeping the money for so long if we have to lose ultimately. Almost *lakh Rupees loss we have to suffer who will compensate the money. They made us stand and wait for hours (*-*hours) as if they were busy and can’t attend us. We use to wait from *’oclock to *’oclock to meet as they said they can talk only after *pm. We want monetary compensation for the harassment done to us by the bank branch.
