Bank of India - Cash withheld by ATM
JONATHAN FRANCIS ROBERTS filed complaint against Bank of India on Mar 9, 2025
ATM at Koregaon Park branch of BOI witheld ***** rupees but the amount was debited from my Wise account. BOI Customer Care told me I needed to contact Wise who would resolve the isue but of course Wise state that it is BOI's responsibiitiy

I credit *** rupees in my account. It shows the amount but when I started to debit the amount through ATM it shows just ** rupees.
