The airtel staff visit our home and port the four sims to airtel and spent my charges for the same. But this did not work .than we again pay online to make the sim work. Atlast i visit the store and meet the Staff there(taran) she again charges the money to port the sim and ask me to call her to merge other connections after port. I call her again and again she did not pick the call and now its again showing the charges of Rs *** aprox to merge the sims.. Very pathetic service and irresponsible staff
