Myntra - Spurious Product with local packing

I was duped of **** INR paid in advance , for Airmax shoes - sent in local dhaba with rubber band. The product is so poor that it is gives me boil in * places with in * Km of trial. One escalation guy says, on call record, the original nike dhaba is broken in transit and the transit guy changed the Carton, the other from Escalation Team saying, in documentation, some Myntra profits send in local dhaba. If the product is genuine why it is sent in Local carton with no tags as we get from Nike showroom and when I am disputing the product because of Physical damage it is doing, although the size is correct, what issue they have in refund / exchange. The guys in escalation are very rude and full with attitude , I have to yell to tell then to respect a consumer , when he is already in distress Executives to escalation team especially Ms. Shefali / Mr Abhishek and father of all Mr Chandan don't deserve to be on professional platform, especially in dealing with consumers
