I purchased hp pavilion cc***tx laptop from tatacliq on ** December **** . The product was delivered on *rd of January **** but on opening the package I was shocked to see an old used COMPAQ laptop without charger. On complaining tatacliq said give us some time for refund. On **th of January a email comes from tatacliq saying that they have delivered the right product and the complaint is closed now. Same was intimated by phone also .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
