placed an order for a flower basket on **nd May to be delivered on **rd May (No lockdown on that day) . My order was accepted , I received an SMS on **rd *:** PM that my order is out for delivery. Then at *:** PM I received a message that my order has been delivered. To my shock it was never delivered. I spoke the customer support but got only a standard rhetoric reply that the inconvenience is regretted, and they will resolve the issue with the delivery partner.
The next day, **th May around **AM, a delivery man came to home and kept a shabby package at the door step and ran away without even informing what is he delivering.
It is pathetic to see that he has delivered my order in a very very bad condition
*. The item delivered was not the one I ordered
*. The flowers were already dead and dry
*.Instead of a card, my greeting was written on a piece of crumbled paper.
I would never ever do business with this company again
