Anuj Ahuja filed complaint against Spicejet on Feb 9, 2021
I had booked my tickets in January last year but my tickets were cancelled due to Covid.
As per order for DGCA, I should get refund of my money but Spicejet is not issuing me refund. I have tried contacting the customer services team but there is no positive response. All they are saying is to use the credit shell for future booking.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
