I am a seller on Flipkart. I got to return * order which totally wrong product return by the customer when I claim for it Flipkart reject it. Yet I have all the proof and images.
I try to claim it again and again but every time Flipkart reject it.
Flipkart it totally fraud company because they believe in the only customer because when the customer provides any reason for return or refund they never cross check for product or customer is right or wrong they accept it without any hassle. But when the seller says anything they did not believe in the seller. Seller provides so many proofs also they not believe. I think Flipkart is forgotten that there are not only customer important because if there is no seller obviously there are no customer but who understands this to Flipkart. Flipkart thinks only about profit. Because customer buys or returns the product in both case Flipkart make money so I think Flipkart believe in customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
