Indian Postal Service - Speed post is not delivered

I am travelling on ** of April **** and my father sends my passport through Indian postal service via speed post on *nd of April ****. Since I bought my air ticket, booked hotels and everything is planned but my passport has not reached yet. I tried all possible method to get it but it seems the government department is not reliable. I really don't understand how I can get it. This is very frustrating and disappointing. My article number is EO*********IN.
