My earphones ( skullcandy)worth RS.**** had been sent on **/**/**** from Devarakonda ( nalgonda district , Telangana) via indian postal service ( speed post ) by my father .i have received it on **/**/**** .At the time of sending the product it was completely packed and functioning. As i have received the product it was totally damaged . It seems like a rat bite during the transport. I have raised a complaint about it but they didn’t responded properly. They said that they will compensate the loss by giving RS.*** ( its orginal MRP is RS.**** ) . So kindly take over the complaint and do justice for me...
