I have ordered a part(frame) for my yamaha r**s(****) through victory autocraft Pvt Ltd. The order was placed on **th July,**** with an advance of Rs*** inr.The order number is *****P********* , Now the company is unable to provide the part as they don't have any stock, today spare part manager mr. Kausik Roy called & told that you will get the part but the company is unable to provide any timeframe , it can take even *year or *year also. As a consumer it is not possible to wait for such a long time. So I want to register a case against them for getting the part , if they can't provide the part they should replace the vehicle.
I am facing financial difficulties due to my daily earning is also getting affected.
I have an invoice copy & mail communication as a reference.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
