Dear Yamaha Motor India,
I am writing to formally bring to your attention a troubling issue regarding a false service entry made against my bike at one of your authorized service centers named 'Sanveg Auto Co.' (as mentioned in service history record provided by Rajan Automobiles).
I recently visited Rajan Automobiles for servicing my bike. However, I was shocked to discover that a false service entry was created indicating my bike’s service as “Service No. *, ” directly after my actual last servicing “Service No. *.” Consequently, this discrepancy caused a complete halt in servicing, wasting my whole day and causing significant inconvenience.
Below are the details of the false entry provided by Rajan Automobiles-
Service Number: * (Actual last service number is *)
Service Date: **/**/**** (This date is incorrect)
Actual Kilometers: ****** (Current bike reading is less than this)
Dealer Name: Sanveg Auto Co. (I have never heard of this dealer)
Dealer Code: ***.**
I urge you to kindly investigate this matter urgently, remove the false entry from my service record, and take strict action against the individuals or dealers responsible for this malpractice. Such fraudulent practices are deeply disappointing and tarnish the reputation of Yamaha's authorized service network and wasted my precious time for whole day.
I hope for your prompt response and appropriate resolution in this regard. This issue has caused me great inconvenience and frustration.
