Hero Moto Corp - Sound and vibrations from front Bodykit of my Karizma Byke not resolved

I am an owner of **** model Karizma R Byke. Recently i had visited one of our nearest dealership M/ S Megamotors Aluva for general service on **/**/**** and after their inspection, inform me that need to replace the swing arm bush, but since the swing arm has been stuck and they are not able to pull it out. So need to go to a local work shop which is having welding work for resolving the issue, so i finally resolved that issue with the help of a local work shop and the next day i I had noticed some sounds and vibrations from the front side of body kit and again I visited the same show room for resolving this issue, but with out checking they informed me that they are not able to fix this issue and rejected my request. So I send a mail to Hero MotoCorp customer care centre by stating these points, then the very next day I got a call from the above said Aluva show room and adamantly informed me that they will not provide any kind of service to my vehicle in future too and you can file a complaint in any where, they don’t care like this. So kindly request you to do the needful for resolving this issue at the earliest.
