Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased Extreme ***R from Virendra Automobiles Rewari (HR) on *th December ****. My bike has a problem in the chassis.
Due to this I am having a lot of trouble driving the bike. I have also lodged complaint with Hero Customer Care several times and I also went to Rewari agency several times, for rectification the bike, i leave the bike in the agency for more than a week, but nothing was done by Hero Company and Agency. Please take appropriate necessary action for the problem if possible.
