AKASH DEEP filed complaint against Flipkart on Jan 8, 2022
I had ordered a SONY SA-D** ** W Bluetooth Home Theatre from Flipkart as a birthday gift for my father. It was delivered on Jan *. The main speaker is damaged physically. Even after placing *-* return requests, Flipkart has rejected my return request, stating that the seller has confirmed the delivery to be intact. The delivery was not an open box delivery. Please assist.
