Sony VAIO - Sony India refused to service my laptop

Hello,
I have Sony vaio e series laptop with model number as sve*****fnw. As my old hdd is not working so I have installed new hdd into my laptop and I would like to install same genuine os on it as I had received with my laptop. I have recovery disc with me and I am trying to install os from it but unfortunately my dvd drive not recognizing these recovery disc.
For this issue I called Sony authorized service center located in solapur, Maharashtra,they totally refused to service my laptop and said that they completely closed service of Sony laptops and won't do it in future.Also Sony India refused to service my laptop and said that my laptop lived it's life..
