i was get replaced laptop from vaio .but that laptop is have more issues than *st vaio laptop. Like screen off issues, battery issues, taking too much time to open , keys not properly working . In that laptop screen is automatically getting off when i am working.
In vaio *st laptop have more issues but in this laptop again have same issues . I really dont know vaio is made usebale laptop or not ?
When i am trying to get some help from their customer care but they are not properly responding. Now i'm not able too call them because it's automatically cuts.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
