I have ordered a new Lenovo mobile from Gadgets*** website. Before receiving mobile itself I have confirmed whether it is a new mobile or not. When I received the mobile, the speaker was not working. When I checked warranty in website, I found that it is * months old mobile. When I asked for replacement, the asked for some written statement about the issues from Lenovo service center. But the service center people said they can't give such thing. They explained the same directly to Gadget*** customer service team also. But still they are not telling any response about replacement.
They keep on asking to wait ** hours. As of now I have waited *x** hours but till no proper response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
