i have purchased a blackberry phone in a refurbished sector from Gadget*** , but the phone is locked by the previous user and i cannot use the phone any more , i am running behind Gadget*** from the past months and they are blaming the seller , and they are not even sure that which seller has sold that in their website , i tried so much but i hardly get a proper reply from the Gadget *** and they could hardly help the customers like me .. so VOXYA please help me with this , i am attaching the invoice of my purchase please referre to it and help me getting the refund .
As they mentioned me before they said its a * months warranty phone , but it never allowed me to use it as i explained before .
