Hello, My name is Sathish Kumar...I bought a bike namely Himalayan Scram *** on **th Jan,****. I bought this bike from Headway Motors Kukatapally dealership. In the process of buging this bike i have enquired with Manager about upcoming model i.e scram ***.Manager misguided me into buying Scram *** . After i bought scram *** , its uograded model Scram *** was released on **rd Jan, ****. The manager of the store misrepresented facts and cheated me into buying scram *** to clear his old stock before the launch of new model. I even filled the booking cancellation form for cancelling scram *** which was discouraged by the dealers by denying me the OTP. They hurried me into taking delivery and repeatedly called me to pay full amount before the launch of new model. They even delivered the bike witbout TR Number and only provided me the TR number on **th Jan,****.
