I m totally frustrated with your redmi service and products... I also come twice to your service centre in rishikesh.... First day your boy made some updates in my mobile.. And sends me to the home... Same problem I faced again.. And i also made some problem facing videos of my mobile and sends to the watsapp no.. Of your service centre....they again made some changes to my mobile and sends me to the home again... I also said to the staff,Today is the last day of my mobile duos... If I faced the same problems again.. So make sure it's not my fault.. From the day one I borrow my mobile.. I'm facing this problem,.. Staff was not helpful even they don't listen to the customer prblms... Till today's date my prblm couldn't be solve...
I came on **/**/**** to the Service centre in rishikesh regarding my complain and they didn't solve my problem.. I also told to them to make duo of my mobile.. But they didn't do it.. They make a complaining mail after the time period of * days...
Replace my redmi note ** mobile as soon as possible.. I'm suffering from this problem since the day one I borrowed it
