Woodenstreet.com - Sofa Cum Bed Wrong Dimension Faulty and Faded Product

Hi i placed the order on dec last year and received it on feb *nd week when product arrive that time only i told them to take back the dimension mentioned in site and the order delivered was wrong (they said we send standard size not the size mentioned in the site) and product was faulty quality was bad we asked for refund they took * weeks to tell not refund only replacement rectifications and compensation we agreed for that we asked in writing for that they said we will put mail we waited * days the we only called now they are saying only rectification no compensation to decide this again they need few more weeks we are going to torture they are making fools of us before when we call it used to be answered in Jaipur now udaipur every time i call they start from scratch we come to a conclusion they change manager etc i cant take it any more. they dont follow up we should call then tell i have sent mail check please reply worst site. Mailed to founder also that person he didnt even bother to reply what kind of pathetic people are they.
