Nila Collection filed complaint against Meesho on Apr 9, 2023
I am a seller on Meesho. While adding the new catalogues, they have enabled a smart campaign without any budget allocation from our knowledge. This had resulted in I had to spent more than my sales volume as advertisement cost. That means I had to sell more products to meet the advertisement cost. Currently my payment returns from Meesho is negative.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
