In the month of April **** I have raised an online request for BSNL Fibernet connection, however I have received a call from one of your staff and I was informed that my area of residence does not come under fibernet services. Hence on the advice of your staff I have applied for Broadband from BSNL. From the date of activation of Internet services I am facing continuous issues regarding internet speed and connectivity, along with landline voice disturbance and disconnection. I must have registered more than ** to ** complaints regarding the same. An executive from BSNL changed my modem * days ago, but with deep regrets I inform you that the problem persists. I have tried calling the concerned people but I am not receiving any positive response in this regard. As a last resort I am approaching you to place a request for some kind of relief from your end. Kindly suggest a solution for the problem I am facing. I shall be extremely grateful if you can help me in this regard.
