I was using BSNL Fiber past * months the network wasn't good. Lot of issues in their services. Each time I request the ticket they lately assign technicians after that fix I need to pay technicians as well. After lost issue I decide to cancel the subscription and I asked about the Security deposit I paid *K in cash. They replied After * month we will return your deposit. Still now no reply from them it gone * year. Now I got a bill from BSNL to pay subscription fee. I don't even understand what's going on. Thanks
