Request you to go through the attached mail with regard to the cancellation charges for the tickets booked by me in indigo airlines and the request to reduce the cancellation charges which will help me save my hard earned money raised with indigo customer relations team.
I have booked ticked through MakeMyTrip App on **th November’** for my parents Chennai to Trivandrum for **st Dec’** which costs around (Rs. **** i.e Rs. **** per person) and return Trivandrum to Chennai on the same day which costs around (Rs.**** i.e Rs. ****). Total Amount for the entire trip was Rs.**,***. Due to personal reasons we wanted to cancel the trip but when I tried for cancellation of ticket the below cancellation charges break-up displayed and I was shocked to see a refund of around **% of my entire booking amount. The airlines is charging me **% of my money as cancellation charges which is not acceptable.
Here with I have attached the booking details and cancellation charges break-up screenshot as well. please intervene and help me in the reduction of cancellation charges post that I will be able to cancel the tickets.
