I enrolled in an online course from Skill-Lync, where the fee was offered on an EMI basis. At no point was I informed that a third-party loan from Eduvanz Finance would be created in my name.
Without my knowledge or informed consent, Skill-Lync used my personal/KYC details to process a loan through Eduvanz Finance.
Within two months, I found the course unsatisfactory and formally requested course cancellation and loan cancellation via multiple emails. Despite timely communication, Skill-Lync failed to take any action.
As a result:
Eduvanz Finance repeatedly pressured me to pay.
My credit score was severely damaged.
I have now received a payment/legal notice for a loan I never authorized.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
