Skill lync - Refund for my online classes

I have opted for a online course from skill lync for my carrier growth around * months ago ,they said that we will provide you placements who conciders experience, as i am having * years of experience but when i reserch about the placement they are only providing placement for freshers with much lower salary which i am getting right now.
So i ask them to cancle my course and refund my amount to the party which finances my course ( this is a fintech company named eduvaz which have ties up with skill lync ,they provide loans for these course)till now i have paid ** emis but they are not cancelling the course.Most important thing that i haven't even started there course .now when i ask them they are saying to switch the course or give some other candidates.
So what shouldbi do
