Skill lync - Skill lync For course cancellation

I saw the skill lync through online browsing,And i called them to ask about the couses and all,they told about the courses and job garantee and i told them to call back later,they called me continuously and said that the holy offer is going on so enroll your course they hurry up me and i paid pre booking amout of **** and the total value of course is ******.I dont have that much money to enroll the course and i told them,they suggested the eduvanz and they santion the loan amount.And i started the course for *month.I am the working professional so my studying time is daily *hour.Now i have pressure on studying my father is retairing and my mom has medical issues.And my sister is studying final year. I am the only person to run the family.So that i have lots of pressure and also the financial issues,i dont have that much time to study.So i decided to cancel my course subcribtion and I raised a ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by saying job guarantees with higher CTCs, refund policy, etc. The person closed my ticket from their website and she agreed to let me talk to higher authority..
Again no response for ** days !!
Now when i talked to higher manangement person, stating everything from start till end. I told her about my financial issues.she denied and tried to convince me by saying about higher CTCs, job guarantees after completing the course, etc.
I request you to resolve the issue and spare me from financial burden.
