Skill lync - Skill Lync False Policies

My complaint is about very disappointing refund policy !!
I have done payment in the month of January evening for pre book amount which is *,*** Rupees and later asked me to pay pending emi amount of **** . I requested to skill lynk for refund amount and they will directly decline to me and telling me job guarantees etc.
I tried contact Eduvanz but when i reached their helpline nos. they were unavailable.
They replied me back one day after the loan got disbursed...!!
Immediately, I raised a ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by saying job guarantees with higher CTCs, refund policy, etc. The person closed my ticket from their website.
Again no response for days !!

They said me they will add referals to my account from which i will get rewards from them, also said me it would be like free of course study till you get the job.

I said them i am no interested with the coding part but later after all the formatilities when i see it was coding part with python and sql which i didnt request them.

Now since started the course and emi is also deducted for * month, I request you to resolve the issue and spare me from financial burden as none of my family is working we are leading our family with our sisters salary, Please help me to cancel this.
