Urbanic - Size issues with item

I was first time ordered from urbanic..I was ordered a Bra from there. When I was ordering there is clearly mentioned that return and exchange is available and obviously a girl who ordering a bra must check whether it is return or exchange. When I got my delivery the item is smaller and not comfortable. Then I want to return the item but there was no option to return. Urbanic says there was non refundable policy. That item is useless for me now. Bad experience
