I had booked ID NF************* flight tickets in mmt site on **th June ****, From Hyderabad to Goa and my journey was **th January **** and traveled with two adult (included me) and one infant ( * year * months old on booking date).
but on journey date my kid turned two years * month old. for that airlines people had booked fresh ticket for my kid and cancelled infants ticket.
in all web site while booking flights tickets if we mentioned traveling with Infants they are asking Date of birth.
MMT has not asked me date of birth while booking the ticket which had booked * months before the journey,due that i had to pay extra **** Indian rupees.
who will pay the loss amount due to MMT bad site.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
