Singer India Limited - Singer india manual machine not working properly

I have purchased Singer merritt tailerhead brown machine in last year. But currently I am facing issues with it. It is making very noisy and now it is not stitching properly. I tried to contact customer care multiple times and they are keep saying they received the complaint and I will get a call from them in the next ** hours and this keep going. I think they sent me a faulty product and they are delaying service for this machine. I tried to contact the service center guy and he told me that Singer india will pay him only *** rupees, that's nothing for him to reach in my location. And he is asking me to pay more. The product is still under warranty and product is not even one year old.
