Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Singer Appliances, particularly concerning an air conditioner I purchased from your company on April **, ****. Regrettably, despite multiple attempts to address the issue, it remains unresolved even after ** days of raising a complaint.
The air conditioner I purchased has been malfunctioning since its installation, and I promptly raised a complaint regarding the same. However, the response from Singer Appliances has been utterly disappointing. Not only has the issue not been resolved, but there has been a severe lack of communication and action from your end.
Furthermore, I must highlight the abysmal service provided by the retailer through which I made the purchase, Rocking Deals. They have proven to be equally unreliable, failing to provide any assistance or facilitate the resolution of my complaint. It is evident that both Singer Appliances and Rocking Deals are neglecting their responsibilities towards consumers, demonstrating a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
As a result of this ordeal, I have lost faith in both Singer Appliances and Rocking Deals. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by your companies is unacceptable, and I am left with no choice but to warn others against engaging with your products or services. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such fraudulent practices from companies that consumers trust with their hard-earned money.
In light of the circumstances, I demand immediate action to rectify the issues with the air conditioner I purchased. Additionally, I will be filing an official complaint against Singer Appliances and Rocking Deals with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. It is imperative that these grievances are addressed promptly to prevent further inconvenience to consumers.
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter. Failure to do so will compel me to explore all available legal avenues to seek redress.
