Simplilearn - Simplilearn Refund not initiated after multiple complaints

I have enrolled for Masters in data science and AI. The promise was that we have top quality instructors who will help me change my career towards data science. But the instructors were were poor technically and couldn't dedicate much of knowledge towards students. I tried switching multiple trainers expecting one of them would be good. But none of them were good trainer. I really feel wasting my time a lot on the simplilearn and they are not ready to initiate refund process with the refund policy they have.
As a professional working in a company I won't be able to finish off my entire course in a week. I had to wait * weeks by default to start the course due to priorities at work.
I am really not happy with simplilearn and I request for a refund which is given to them in agreement of top quality training which they didn't do.
