I was promises by simplilearn sales executive that a complete refund will be done if I cant clear ITIL exam after taking their course in * attempts.
I couldn't clear the exam by one mark so I asked for my *nd attempt. They provided me the voucher, but unfortunately I couldn't clear in the second attempt too by * mark.
Now, when I reached out to them on email, they started showing me rules and regulations that I couldn't clear one of the mock exam with more than **% so I'm not eligible for the refund.
I have **% in one if the mock test but they are still not giving me the refund. They have stopped replying to my emails as well.
All of these conditions were new to me as it wasn't told to me when the sales representative sold me the course. I even have the call recording.
. Please help me in getting the refund.
