My father using AIRTEL number from past ** years, the sim was bought in MP. Recently, during his personal visit to banglore, he tried doing a recharge which did not work. On visit to Airtel customer care office, they changed the sim card and said the sim will start working in * hours. Its been ** days, the sim is not functioning and AIRTEL is telling us to travel to MP to get it activated.
