Hi Team,
Again you are repating same. Pls understood my concern and sole it on priority basis.
I was two times visited to VI store for sim replacement and both times sim rejected for live photo mismatch then now can you give me surity that if again I am visited to vi store for sim replacement then this issue not happened again. Because I suffring this from * month and in two month you people are sending to me vi bill which I have not used. And visited two times store my only petrol charges are consumed **** Rs which will not Given by VI.
Also when I visited VI on social site then they have Given approval that my brother can able to exchange sim replacement on behalf of me where you people are giving me wrong information now who is correct.attachment attached for your reference.
Kindly active my sim card which was replaced due to photo mismatch. And help with on priority basis and give me correct solution of this issue.
