My idea sim is not showing network so i went to VI store for resolving the issue on **.**.****. VI executive inform me that I have to submit my Identity documents with photograph again. Then they issue replaced SIM and inform that SIM will activate after * hours. For the above activity I already visit *-* times for activation of my SIM but on **.**.**** my SIM still not activated and when I call Customer Care or Executive in VI store, no satisfied response received and now only said that the SIM will be activated after *-** days. I already recharge my SIM on **.**.**** but I am unable to call or use data against the same.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
