Vi Idea - Shopkeeper used badwords

When we went to the shop to register our complete, the owner (Girish Joshi) used bad words on the keypad mobile, and he didn't listen to our complete regarding the sim activation after the bill payment. He was using too many bad words and didn't come in front of us. He spoke with us on the keypad mobile.
