Vi - Sim got deactivated

Dear sir, madam

Greetings of the day.

I am writing this email to complain you regarding your service. I am an UAE resident and * months ago I took a Vodafone sim ( *********** under the name of my father PK unnikrishnan. Yesterday I landed to India and unfortunately the sim was not working even though the validity was until March mid. I recharged for another *** rupees but still not worked.. when I called call center the automated voice system said it temporarily disconnected due to not using for * month and the system said to recharge for ** rupees or more to activate. However it still didn't work.
I went to the near by store and they called the call center from there I got to know the number cannot be used again. How is that even possible? When I have my Vodafone range showing in the phone also validity still not expired.
I am forced to take another company sim now and I demand a full refund of my money which I recharged yesterday (**th Feb) .

I am expecting an immediate response from your end.
