Vi Idea - Sim deactivation

My vi number ********** was deactivated instantly without any prior messeges or call from any vi representative.as a result i am facing a lot difficulties concerned with the issue.i had many important places where the number was used.now i cant access any of them because of their negligence.i want my sim reactivated as soon as possible and please inform earlier if you are planning to deactivate again.a few days before the deactivation i recharged that number with a * months validity pack and the amount has been wasted.i need clear compensation from their side.or else i'll have to look for other ways to get the compensation
