I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service that I have received from Airtel. Despite numerous conversations over email and telephone, my issue still remains unresolved. Yesterday, Ms. Latha advised me to visit the Airtel store in Siripuram branch to get my issue resolved. However, when I called Uma to confirm my appointment, she informed me that some pairing needed to be done and without receiving an email, I would not be able to complete the process. This is a clear case of cheating on your part.
The contact number in question is crucial to my son's education, particularly his NEET preparations. I am now unable to receive any messages on this number, and this is seriously affecting my son's career prospects. I am extremely disappointed that Airtel has failed to address my concerns despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance.
I urge you to take immediate action and update me on the status of my issue. It is imperative that this matter is resolved as soon as possible to avoid any further damage to my son's future. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
