I myself venkateswarlu k is a loyal custmer for joy allukkas been more ** years, I have been facing a serious issue from your team of all branches in hyderabad, I bought a lamp in the month of october and which has a manfactring defect immedeatly i went and reported the issue they said we can't fix it we will replace with a new one, me and my wife visited ** times past * months , no solution instead of they more aggrisive and due no respect to custmers.
They are least bothered and we are totally disappointed and distressed with your team, and making fun of custmers..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
