Joy Alukkas - Cheated on old gold exchange

Today, I purchased **.*** grams of gold ornaments in the Joyalukkas Vijayawada showroom at a price of ****/- per gram. Total value of the items are ******.** including GST and making charges.
For this I exchanged my old gold of ** grams. Before melting the gold purity is shown as **.*. After melting the gold the purity is determined as **. Even though machine showed **.* karats. They said that only if gold is ** karats they will consider **.* percentage purity. Since it is only **.*, the purity will be considered as **.
So for the ** percentage purity they lessen the gold weight by ** percentage and estimated the gold weight as **.* grams and they estimated the value of ****/- per gram on **.* grams.
So my concern is if they are already taking out impurity percentage of ** percentage from gold weight, gold should be valued at ****/- per grams which is pure gold cost. But they cheated me by validating with **karats gold price.
Rest of the money I paid through credit card.
I have bill and their estimation slip as evidence to this.
